ANNETTE GAYLE GOODHEW - a work in progress
Annette was born and raised in Queensland. She moved to Cardwell late in 2010 but it was still another 5 or so years before she began to paint, using acrylics as the medium of choice.
As a child she dabbled with sketchbook and pencil and was content to sit quietly and draw what she saw around her but, as with most of us, life gets in the way so it was not until retirement that saw the renewed interest in the creative endeavours.
She is self taught and currently painting a variety of topics (landscapes, seascapes, portraits, animals) but is still experimenting and finding her way and very much a work in progress.
When not painting, Annette also makes fabric hardened figurines.
